Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. She was the daughter of Sergey (d. in 2019) was an Ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was birthed in Minsk on 5 May 1998. She has won 12 WTA titles in her career. This includes her Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. As a doubles specialist She also took home at the US Open of 2019 as and in the Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. Alongside her fellow Belgian tennis champion, the Belgian also took home an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing an appearance in the Sunshine Double. Four women's teams have achieved this feat. In January of 2023 she achieved her highest rank in singles. On 23rd August, 2021 she was promoted to number two in the world rankings. The same year she won at Melbourne in the following year, and then was ranked number one worldwide in doubles. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 and 2019, and also in the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her short-term coach from August to September of 2020. Her training has been provided by her fellow hero Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her idols.
